About our meetings

The meetings are generally held every two weeks (or weekly, depending on the number of events per month) on Tuesday evenings, at 18:00 (exact starting time is 18:15) in room S 68 (RW I). The exact dates are in our “Important dates” page.

The first 15-20 minutes of every meeting will be spent discussing recent news happening on the fields of AI, machine learning and computer science. Then the schedule will depend on the type of meeting.

We can summarise what we do in three main points:

1. Exchange on hands-on AI programming topics (e.g., hyperparameter tuning): 

          -> Learning from each other

2. Guest-Talks from industry partners: 

          -> Learning from practitioners

3. Hands-on Projects (e.g., coffee sales prediction): 

          -> Learning by doing

We also organise socials and participate in events like the AI Day 2025. Anyone can join!
